Install DominoShift on your phone

DominoShift runs in your browser — but you can add it to your home screen so it opens like a normal app, sends push notifications about shift swaps and schedule changes, and works faster. Takes about 30 seconds.

Before you start

  • • Open dominosshift.com in your phone's browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android).
  • • You'll need your employee number and password to sign in.
  • • First time? Your password is your employee number. The app will ask you to pick a new one.

iPhone (Safari)

    Open Safari (not Chrome) and go to dominosshift.com.

    Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen — the square with an arrow pointing up.

    Scroll down the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".

    Tap Add in the top-right corner. The DominoShift icon appears on your home screen.

    Open DominoShift from the home-screen icon, sign in with your employee number, and allow notifications when asked.

Important: on iPhone the install only works from Safari. Chrome, Firefox, or other browsers won't show "Add to Home Screen".

Android (Chrome)

    Open Chrome and go to dominosshift.com.

    You'll usually see a small pop-up at the bottom asking "Install DominoShift?" — tap Install and you're done.

    Didn't see the pop-up? Tap the three dots (top-right of Chrome) to open the menu.

    Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen", then Install.

    Open DominoShift from your home screen or app drawer, sign in, and allow notifications when asked.

Samsung Internet / Firefox:works the same way — look for "Install" or "Add page to" → "Home screen" in the browser menu.

Troubleshooting

"Add to Home Screen" doesn't appear on my iPhone

You're probably using Chrome or another browser. Apple only allows this from Safari. Copy the URL, paste it into Safari, and try again.

Notifications aren't working

Open the app, go to the profile icon, and check notifications are enabled. On iPhone you might need to allow DominoShift in Settings → Notifications.

The app looks stuck or shows old data

Close and reopen the app. If that doesn't help, visit dominosshift.com/reset-pwa.html — it clears the offline cache and signs you out for a clean restart.

I forgot my password

Ask your store manager to reset it. They can do it in a few seconds from the admin panel.
